Level editor and future plans

My team and I really enjoyed the game we created during SpeedJam #9, so we’ve decided to continue developing it further. Right now, part of the team is working hard on setting up the game’s Steam page — and very soon, you’ll be able to add it to your wishlist!
Meanwhile, I’ve been working on a built-in level editor. Once the game is released on Steam, players will be able to create their own levels and share them via Steam Workshop. This opens up a huge space for creativity! And I’ll be honest — building a level editor is no small task, but the result is absolutely worth the effort.
We’ve also taken the time to refactor and optimize a large part of the game. During the jam, we prioritized development speed — but now our focus is on code quality, stability, and overall player experience.
We already have lots of ideas for what we want to add in future updates — but if you have any thoughts or suggestions, please share them with us! We’d love to hear your feedback.
By the way, on our itch.io page, you can still play the original version of the game that was developed during the jam. While it's no longer up to date, it still gives a good impression of the core idea behind the game.
